On November 4,1992, Gov. Bill Clinton delivered his presidential victory speech to supporters in Little Rock, Arkansas. That year, it was a three-way race between Clinton, incumbent President George H.W. Bush, and Independent Ross Perot. Of the popular vote, Clinton earned 43%, Bush 38%, and Perot 19%.
