A&C: Supreme Court Oral Argument in Voting Rights Provision

The Supreme Court heard oral argument in Northwest Austin Municipal Utility District No. 1 v. Holder. The Court will decide if certain states and localities, mostly in the South, must continue to obtain Justice Department approval before changing voting districts, polling locations or other election procedures.
