British P.M. Cameron Honors New Lord Mayor of London

British Prime Minister David Cameron made a foreign policy speech as he attended the Lord Mayor's Banquet in London.

The banquet is part of the traditonal festivities held each year in honor of the new Lord Mayor of London, who represents the business interests of the people of London. David Wootton replaces outgoing Lord Mayor Michael Bear.
