Brookings Institution Discussion on Middle East Uprisings

The Brookings Institution hosted a discussion with the Foreign Minister of France on the political unrest in the Arab World.  In late May the French Minister called for wider U.S. involvement in Libya to hasten the downfall of Moammar Gadhafi. He has also been involved in trying organize a conference in Paris next month on the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.
