Slate Journalists Discuss 2012 Campaign on "Political Gabfest"

The 2012 presidential campaign and Mitt Romney's work at Bain Capital was the main focus of the "Political Gabfest" program Wednesday hosted by Slate, a daily magazine online. 

The panel of Slate journalists included David Plotz, Slate's editor-in-chief; Senior Editor Emily Bazelon, a Yale Law School professor who covers judicial matters for Slate, and John Dickerson, Slate's chief political correspondent who is also CBS News political director and a regular guest host of "Face the Nation." 

The "Political Gabfest" has conducted live shows in Washington, DC, New York City, Philadelphia, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and West Lafayette, Indiana. According to Slate, on average the program has 75,000 podcast listeners per week and 250,000 listeners per month.

Slate has been producing this journalist roundtable discussion program since 2006.

The event took place at Sixth & I Synagogue in Washington, DC.
