C-SPAN Radio continues its special series of oral arguments from modern landmark cases with the State of Washington v Harold Glucksberg. The case involves physician-assisted suicide and the right to die. Dr. Harold Glucksberg -- along with other -- brought this suit, challenging the state of Washington's ban on physician assisted-suicide alleging that law was unconstitutional.
