The Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA) release their “Analysis of the FY 2013 Defense Budget and Sequestration.”
CSBA Senior Fellow for Defense Budget Studies Todd Harrison discussed the direction of the budget request, its alignment with the new strategic guidance, and how sequestration would be implemented.
He also talked about the impact that sequestration would have on different types of accounts and budgetary issues facing the Department of Defense even if sequestration is avoided.
