CSIS Discussion on Offshore Drilling

The Center for Strategic and International Studies hosted a discussion on offshore oil and gas drilling with officials representing Shell, Chevron and ExxonMobile. This comes one day after the Obama Administration lifted a moratorium on exploratory deepwater drilling.
