Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, along with the Centers for Disease Control are launching a new national tobacco education ad. It’s called “Tips from Former Smokers Campaign,” and features stories from people who battle smoke related illnesses. Others joining Secretary Sebelius at this news conference were the U.S. Surgeon General and CDC Director.
