Commerce Secretary John Bryson testified before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade.
He updated the subcommittee on the state of the manufacturing industry and the administration’s plan to revive it and keep the U.S. globally competitive.
The panel also heard from a National Association of Manufacturers representative and other industry stakeholders.
Rep. Mary Bono Mack (R-Calif.) chaired the hearing.
