The interview was conducted by Paul Clancy and Shirley Elder for their book "Tip: A Biography of Thomas P. O'Neill, Speaker of the House," published in 1980. The Massachusetts democrat talks about his relationship with President Lyndon Johnson, his opposition to the Vietnam War, and the impeachment of President Richard Nixon.
