DHS Official in Charge of Infrastructure Discusses Policy Priorities

Suzanne Spaulding, Deputy Under Secretary for National Protection and Programs Directorate at the Department of Homeland Security, addressed how the government should be thinking about critical infrastructure projects through the lens of national security.

Her talk focused on specific threats, both man-made and natural, as well as changes in technology and how infrastructure should be built and maintained.

Deputy Under Secretary Spaulding speaks to the American Bar Association's standing committee on law and national security.
