Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey honored Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with the Defense Department's highest award for public service. The service was held in the Pentagon auditorium where Secretary Panetta, General Dempsey and Secretary Clinton made remarks.
