Former Carter administration National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski spoke about the ongoing stalemate between U.S. & Iran over its nuclear program, and explained why attacking Iran should not be an option. The U.S. has dropped out of next month’s Middle East nuclear talks in Finland, that Iran had agreed to attend.

Rolf Ekeus, the former head of the United Nations Special Commission on Iraq; Jim Walsh, a Research Associate at the MIT Security Studies Program; Daryl Kimball, the Executive Director of the Arms Control Association; and Ahmad Sadri, a Professor of Islamic World Studies at at Lake Forest College, joined the discussion.

The Arms Control Association and the National Iranian American Council hosted this event, focusing on the next 12 months in Iranian-American diplomacy.
