United Nations Special Representative for Disaster Risk Reduction Margareta Wahlström and Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator Craig Fugate provided the keynote addresses.
Experts participated in panel discussions on cascading disasters, converging issues on the Gulf Coast, and consequences of drought and aridity.
