On May 7, the Senate unanimously approved the nominations of Mr. Pai, a Republican, and Ms. Rosenworcel, a Democrat, to fill two vacant seats on the FCC’s five-member board. The term to be served by Rosenworcel will expire in June 2015, while Pai will serve through June 2016.
