Dallas Federal Reserve Bank President Richard Fisher remarks on US economic and monetary policy at the Institute of International Finance (IIF).
Known as an "inflation hawk" (according to the Wall Street Journal), Bank President Fisher is a member of the Federal Open Market Committee, the Federal Reserve's principal monetary policymaking group.
IIF Chief Economist Paul Suttle will deliver the introduction. Created in 1983 in response to the international debt crisis, the IIF is the world’s only global association of financial institutions.
