George Washington University Discussion on Fighting Corruption in Wars in Iraq & Afghanistan

Stuart Bowen, Special Inspector General of the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office and Army Consultant Stephen Biddle talked about corruption in Iraq and Afghanistan. Bowen, who served as the CPA-IG since January 20, 2004, continues as the special inspector general for Iraq Reconstruction. Steve Biddle was an adviser to General Petraeus in Iraq and continues to serve in that capacity in Afghanistan. “Fighting Corruption in the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan” was a Security Policy Forum of the Elliott School of International Affairs.
