German Official Says EU Will Survive Euro Crisis

German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle delivers an address on the "Future of Europe in a Globalized World." A former member of the German Bundestag, the foreign minister told the Brookings Institution that the European Union can survive the Euro crisis currently challenging the foundations of the regional alliance.
