Google Executive Addresses National Press Foundation Awards Dinner

Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt will outline his vision for a wireless future at the 29th annual National Press Foundation Awards Dinner, hosted by Jerry Seib, chairman of the National Press Foundation and Washington Bureau Chief for the Wall Street Journal.

Eric Schmidt joined Google's board of directors in March 2001and also served as CEO until January of 2011.

Among the journalists and media organizations receiving awards this year are Chris Wallace of Fox News, who will receive the Sol Taishoff Award for Excellence in Broadcast Journalism, and iWatchNews.org, which will receive the Excellence in Online Journalism Award.
