Gov. Pat Quinn (D-IL) & Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) on Guantanamo Bay Detainees

Pres. Obama has ordered the federal government to acquire the Thomson Correctional Center prison in Thomson, IL, to house a limited number of detainees from the Guantanamo Bay prison. Gov. Pat Quinn (D-IL) and Majority Whip Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) responded to the announcement.
