Governor Christie Discusses the Economy at Brookings

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie (R) discussed the economy, job creation, tax reform and the budget at the Brookings Institution Monday.

He outlined his efforts to restore fiscal integrity and accountability to state and local government.

Vice President Darrell West, Director of Governance Studies at Brookings, made introductory remarks. Senior Fellow Ted Gayer, Co-director of Economic Studies at Brookings, moderated the discussion and took questions from the audience.
