Henry Luce was the founder of Time, Incorporated and the publisher of Time, Fortune, Life and Sports Illustrated magazines.

This is a discussion on publishing in America in the twentieth century with a panel that scrutinizes how the publishing industry and newspapers and magazines have changed since the 1920’s.

Also examined is the influence the internet has had on the publishing industry.

The American Historical Association hosted this two hour discussion.
