Three former U.S. Attorneys General, John Ashcroft, Michael Mukasey, and Edwin Meese shared the stage at the Heritage Foundation to discuss national security.
Two questions of the discussion include; who ensures security of our homeland, the President or Congress; and what extreme measures are protected by the Constitution. Ashcroft and Mukasey served under President George W. Bush and faced such questions following the 9/11 attacks on America.
