Supreme Court Justices Anthony Kennedy and Stephen Breyer testified today about the proposed fiscal year 2012 budget for the court system.
The hearing before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Financial Services and General Government reviewed the proposed budget for the Judiciary Branch, which the president reviews and transmits to Congress without changes.
