House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee Hearing on Human Rights in North Korea

North Korean prisoner camp survivors testify before the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Human Rights. The hearing takes place as U.S. Special Envoy for North Korea Robert King meets with South Korean officials, reportedly trying to get an agreement on resuming food aid to the North.  Representatives from both countries are also scheduled to discuss the North’s nuclear program in China.
