The House GOP conference met to discuss the Senate passed legislation on tax cuts and avoiding the "fiscal cliff." In the meeting Speaker John Boehner may determine the next steps for the legislation; whether to allow debate and a vote in the House without any changes to the bill, to allow amendments to the legislation, or not to bring any "fiscal cliff" bill up for a vote today.
