Attorney General Eric Holder appeared before the House Judiciary Committee to discuss the legal procedures for questioning terrorist suspects. He outlined the role the Pakistani Taliban may have played in the failed bombing at Times Square and future domestic terrorist threats. Also, the Attorney General explained the constitutional issues involved with the newly introduced Terrorist Expatriation Act and took lawmakers' questions about White House plans to ease the Miranda rule for terror suspects.
