House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi briefed reporters on the Democratic agenda for the remainder of the week. She also spokeg about the House Republican Budget proposal and extension of a surface transportation bill.
The House Rules Committee will report a rule to consider the surface transportation extension Thursday.
