House Oversight Cmte. Hearing on U.S. Postal Service Labor Costs

The House Oversight Committee looks at workforce costs at the U.S. Postal Service. USPS recently reached a tentative labor agreement with one of the largest postal worker unions. It would reportedly save $3.8 billion dollars over four years. Labor costs account for nearly 80% of the Postal Service’s costs.
