C-SPAN followed President and Mrs. Obama and Vice President and Mrs. Biden as they attended two Inaugural balls. They delivered remarks at the Commander-in-Chief's Inaugural ball for members of the military and attended the public Inaugural Ball being held at the Washington Convention Center.
