In May, "The Communicators" visited the GOV 2.0 Expo in Washington D.C. The Expo is attended by experts interested in using technology to promote a more open government. Joining us for interviews on their experience at the conference are Tim O'Reilly, founder & CEO of O’Reilly Media, Australian Federal Parliament Member Sen. Kate Lundy and California Office of the Chief Information Officer Carolyn Lawson. Mr. O’Reilly relates the goal of the conference, while Sen. Lundy shares her efforts in expanding broadband in Australia and Ms. Lawson explains how California uses technology to bring more information to residents.
