The International Peace & Security Institute at the Johns Hopkins University in Washington, DC hosted this discussion focusing on emerging nonviolent movements.  Speakers include the President of the International Center on Nonviolent Conflict as well as senior conflict prevent officer for the Department of State.  Panelists examined the dynamics that enable nonviolent movements to occur in some regions as opposed to others.
