Judges, Experts Discuss Religious Liberty in the U.S.

A panel of judges and other experts discusses the history, state and future of religious liberty in the U.S.

Stanford University Law School recently opened a Religious Liberty Clinic, the only clinic of its kind in the country. In mid-January, a panel convened to discuss with students what types of cases the clinic will handle.  

Panelists include a U.S. Appellate court judge, a former Federal Judge, a woman who clerked for 2 Supreme Court justices and the rabbi who gave the invocation at the 2012 Republican National Convention.
