House Energy and Commerce subcommittee chairman Michael Burgess (R-TX) conducts a hearing, Thursday, on the implementation of the Health Care Law's exchanges and Medicaid expansion.
With less than 13 months until the bill's implementation, the committee intends to press the administration to respond to the numerous outstanding committee questions that the majority party says remain unanswered since enactment of the health care law.
Witnesses include a variety of federal and state health care agencies along with representatives from health advocacy groups.
