The Wall Street Journal gathered 100 of the world’s leading chief executives to discuss pressing business and policy issues at The Wall Street Journal CEO Council’s fifth annual meeting.
On Monday, three retired legislators discussed how the upcoming Congress might deal with the nation's fiscal problems.
On Tuesday, senior policymakers and economic experts participated in discussions on a range of Congressional issues. Participants include: Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT), FTC Chairman Jon Leibowitz and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, among others.
The group will develop recommendations for the key economic issues that the Administration and Congress must address in the coming days and months.
