Korean military strategists talked about challenges on the Korean peninsula. Among the topics they addressed were the effectiveness of the U.S.-South Korea alliance, and the relationship between North and South Korea. Cheon Seongwhun in his remarks said, "The Cold War is not over on the Korean Peninsula."
