GOP presidential contenders Michele Bachmann and Ron Paul appeared Thursday on Des Moines radio station WHO's morning program "Mickelson in the Morning," hosted by Jan Mickelson.
Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) discussed her former Iowa campaign chairman joining the Ron Paul campaign. She also commented on foreign policy, describing what she called a new "axis of evil" between Pakistan, North Korea, China and Russia.
Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) was asked about newsletters published in his name during the 80’s and 90’s, among other topics.
Rep. Bachmann has been on a bus tour trying to visit all 99 of Iowa's counties before the caucuses. Rep. Paul appeared last night at a "Veterans for Ron Paul" rally in Des Moines.
