Gen. Allen provided an update of military action against the Taliban. He also detailed a recent meeting with Afghan army chief of staff, General Sher Mohammad Karimi, and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Army General Martin Dempsey, over the sharing of cross-border information with Pakistan.
