NGA and NASBO Release Biannual Fiscal Survey of States

The National Governors Association (NGA) and The National Association of State Budget Officers (NASBO) released its biannual Fiscal Survey of States. The spring edition reflects actual figures from fiscal 2009, estimated fiscal 2010 numbers and recommended fiscal 2011 state budget data. The report showed that many states are currently running a budget deficit.
