The National Commission on the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill & Offshore Drilling is meeting to continue its look into how to prevent and
respond to future offshore oil spills. Witnesses include an executive from Shell oil, as well as the head of the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration. Also testifying are three former directors of the Minerals Management Service, which regulates offshore drilling.
