Hillary Clinton delivered the keynote and Tom Donilon delivered the luncheon address at an event co-hosted by Foreign Policy Magazine and the U.S. State Department.

National Security Adviser Donilon focused his remarks on emerging threats to U.S. and global security and the opportunity for "strategic strengthening."

Secretary Clinton delivered the concluding remarks, focusing on the big picture in foreign policy and national security over the next 12 months and beyond. Secretary Clinton has announced that she will step down from the top diplomatic post as soon as President Obama chooses a successor.
