New York's Bloomberg, Chicago's Rahm Emanuel, Talk to U.S. Mayors

This morning, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel (D) spoke to the U.S. Conference of Mayors annual winter meeting. The president's former chief of staff took office in May of last year and also represented the North side of the city in Congress for six years.

Also in this morning's session of the Mayors meeting: a discussion with city leaders and business executives, including officials from Starbucks.

At a later session, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg addresses the conference on education reform. Following his remarks is a panel on that topic featuring Mayors Kevin Johnson (Sacramento), Gregory A. Ballard (Indianapolis), Greg Fischer (Louisville) Michael B. Hancock (Denver) and Carolyn Goodman (Las Vegas).
