In remarks to supporters in Atlanta, Georgia, Newt Gingrich said that "I'm the tortoise in the race, I take one step at a time." Gingrich, won the Georgia Primary, his home state. He also said that both the Democrats and "established Republicans" wanted to destroy him and stated that "we put up people power versus money power." Gingrich announced plans to continue to campaign and will travel to the next set of primary states.
