British Deputy Prime Minister and Liberal Democrats Leader Nick Clegg testified in London Wednesday before a British panel examining the relationships between politicians and the press.
Last year, Prime Minister David Cameron appointed Lord Justice Leveson to oversee a committee examining the relationship between the press and celebrities, politicians and the police.
More than 250 witnesses have testified before the inquiry, including “Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling, actor Hugh Grant, James and Rupert Murdoch and Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
