Discussion on Pros and Cons of Renewable Energy in the US

The American Enterprise Institute hosts a discussion on renewable energy and its role in the United States today and in the future. The event is titled “Clean, Green, Renewable: What Could Go Wrong?”

Panelists examined arguments for renewable energy from the left and the right, and also covered new studies that show the costs and payoffs of American renewable energy sources.

Speakers included Benjamin Zycher, an American Enterprise Institute Visiting Scholar; Timothy Considine, a professor from the University of Wyoming; Kate Gordon from the Center for American Progress and Jimmy Glotfelty of Clean Line Energy. The discussion was moderated by Kenneth Green of the American Enterprise Institute.
