Washington, DC
Sunday, March 13, 2011

This weekend on Q&A, our guest is John Hulsman of The Hague Centre For Strategic Studies.  Mr. Hulsman is also President and Co-Founder of John C. Hulsman Enterprises, an international relations consulting firm.  In addition, he advises both public and private groups on what he calls “the decline of the west, and the rise of the Indian Ocean Rim and China.”

Tonight, Hulsman discusses foreign policy from an economic point of view.  He argues that both Democrats and Republicans fail to deal with economic considerations when making foreign policy decisions.

His books include “Ethical Realism,” “The Godfather Doctrine,” and a biography of Lawrence of Arabia entitled “To Begin The World Over Again.”  He advises foreign government and banks.
