In the lead up to talks on the "fiscal cliff" legislation, Republican Congressmen and Senators are suggesting that they may have to break their pledge in order to reach an agreement on the budget bill. House Leader John Boehner (R-OH) is hoping to raise additional revenue through reforming the tax code to eliminate some deductions, without raising tax rates.
