Pres. Obama Remarks on Hurricane Sandy

Speaking from FEMA headquarters today, President Obama called Hurricane Sandy a "serious and big storm," and cautioned residents of the Eastern seaboard to be prepared and to "follow the instructions of your state and local officials."

During his visit to FEMA, the President attended a briefing with federal partners, including FEMA regional directors. Also attending the briefing were FEMA administrator Craig Fugate, FEMA Deputy Administrator Richard Serino, and other officials.
