President Obama is on a two-day bus trip across Florida. On Saturday, he made stops in St. Petersburg and Kissimmee. On Sunday, he visited West Palm Beach and Melbourne.
The Republicans finished up their convention in Tampa a little over a week ago, and Florida is expected to play a large role in the November election. President Obama is fresh off his acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C.
Former Republican Governor of Florida Charlie Christ, who has since become an Independent, introduced the President in St. Petersburg.
